MEETING OF THE COUNCIL. The Woolston Borough Council met last evening, the Mayor (Mr J. J. Graham) presiding. There were also present: Crs T. Newton,' .T. B. Richardson, L. Ilart, M. Dalziel, l Ai V. Mouiitford, J. Radcliffe, D. Mcßae, G. Lilly, and W. Fuller. . .
