Mr Neil Nielson, the New South Wales Trade Commissioner in America, has placed a proposal for the improvement of tho San Francisco mail service before the Government, involving the reduction of the timo for the journey to Sydney by four days. He states that one company has offered to build two 20-knot vessels for the service.
