The opening of the Federal Parliamentary session takes place on Wednesday. Several important measures are to be considered, including a Bill dealing •with enemy contracts, having for its object tho relieving of the metal industry till an Amending Naturalisation Act can bo passed. The Right Hon. A. Fisher states that he will again submit the six Referendum Bills which were rejected by the people in 191.'!.
