LACE AND TROUSSEAU-MAKING.

Mrs Maync, of the School of Art, has decided to accede to numerous requests that have been made to her from time to time, with regard to the formation of classes for trousseau-making, and making torchon loom lace. The classes should form an interesting industry, and the work seems likely to be taken up eagerly, particularly as many people have provided themselves with looms without being able to manipulate them. This is a chance to learn. Mrs Mayne is forming the classes quite independently of her work at the School of Art, and her address is Regent Street, Woolston. The half term commences now, and Mrs Maync will be glad to hear of those intending to join as early as possible.
