SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
SOUTHBRIDGE. The members present ;it the monthly meeting of the Southbridge District High School Committee on Monday evening were the Rev. 11. O. .Hawkins (chairman), .Messrs IT. Sutton, K. Howe, K. A. Inwood. C. <r. Hubbard, M. Cur* inn, ami E. B. B. AN'i 1 iis (secretary). The head master reported that the average daily attendance in the primary department for February was and in the secondary department .'lB. The admissions since the holidays had lx}<»ia verv satisfactory. It was decided to close the school from April 1 to 5 £os the h'aslcr holidays.
