TERRIBLE INJURIES.
MOTOR CYCLIST'S FALL. Press Association. HASTINGS, December 20., On Thursday night, whilst training for to-day's motor cycle sports, and travelling at the rate of 50 miles per hour, J. C. Boyde struck a hard ridge crossing the track, breaking the fork and releasing the front wheel from the machine. He sustained terrible injuries to his face, and is still unconscious at a private hospital. The accident has npt interfered with the sports races, which are now proceeding. ■ ■' ' •
