WEST MELTOiT. The West Melton School broke up for th« holidays on Friday afternoon. A programme of recitations and songs was carried out by the children, the chief performers being Larry Simms, Jack Simms, Jessie Lilley, Evolyn Harvey, and Myra Calder. Mrs W. The breaking-up ceremony in connection with the Ladbrooks School on Friday evening took the form of a social evening in the local hall.
