A Mrs Pugsley, a farmer's wife, aad two of lier children have been -shot dead, and a third child seriously wounded. Her husband left home early, and when he returned he found that the tragedy had been committed. The police have arrested an Indian hawker, who served with the Indian army, and who has recently been under the delusion that people are trying to poison him.
