CUPID IN ARKANSAS.

Cupid is legislated for in Arkansas, U.S.A. Recently a rule was passed forbidding classroom romances, schoolyard flirtations, and sundry diversions, but this is going to be rescinded by the Oakland School Department, flirting being constitutional according to the Supreme Court of Arkansas. In Oakland, the anti-flirting laws have been very strict, especially in the High Schools, ana.teachers were under orders to nip all youthful romances in the bud.
