The following teams have been chosen to represent the City and Suburban Cricket Association in matches with the Canterbury Cricket -Association's second, third, and fourth grade representatives at Hagley Park next Wednesday (Anniversary Day) : Seniors —E, Andrews (captain), C. Second Grade—Allen, Ainger (captain), Betts (New Brighton), Ginders > (Dunstable), Saville (St. Albans), French' (Greens'), Mackie (Sydenham Hockey), Clark, Bennett (Woolston), Down (Y.M.C.A.), Nicholson (Rangers). Emergencies: Shadrack (Druids), Ely (Linwood Wanderers), Spencer (Green's). ' Third Grade —L. McLachlan (St. Peter's), J. Stewart, J. Gunn, B. Shaw (St. Albans), Bowden, Paterson (Boys' Gordon Hall), Bobbie (St. Matthew's), Wilson (Waimairi) (captain), C. James, W. < Jago (St. John's), Hamilton (IslingtonHornby). Emergencies: Parsons (St. Matthew's), Falloon (Dunstable), Burt (Waimairi). Air matches will commence at 10 a.m. Luncheon and afternoon tea will be provided at 1/6 and 6d. Any player unable to attend must notify the association secretary at once.
