RIFLE SHOOTING.
CITIZENS" CORPS MATCH. The Cashmere platoon of the Citizens' Defence Corps held a miniature rifle match at Cashmere this afternoon, between Duff's team and Hopkins's team. Duff's team won by 307. The highest scores were:—.Walter 43, Edbrook 42, mid Hall 42. Hopkins's team scored 293, Burgess 55, Munday 54, and Simpson 45. The match was fired with rifles and ammunition donated by members of the | platoon.
