(Before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. A statutory female first offender, 62 years of age, admitted having been drunk in Madras Street, arid was convicted and discharged. CHARGE OF INDECENCY. Ernest Brock (Mr Cassidy) appeared on remand and was charged on two informations of having committed an indecent act at Marshlands on the sth and the 28th of November. The. hearing of the case was adjourned till Friday, accused being admitted to bail as formerly.
