LODGE MEETINGS.
MISTLETOE NO. 3,
A summoned meeting of the lodge was held on Monday, A.D. Bro. Heywood in the chair.
Correspondence was received from, various brothers declaring on and otf the sick list; and from the secretary U.F.S. Dispensary, notifying the lodge that the dispensary scheme of hospital benefits would come into force on I>ecember. 1. The bards reported on the 3ick under their care, and sick pay amounting to £l9 16/8 was passed for payment. A funeral claim for £2O, and other accounts amounting to £ll9 16/1, were passed for payment.
Officers were nominated for the ensuing half-year, there being fair competition for the minor chairs. P.G.P. Bro. Ives was re-elected auditor for the term. v '
It was resolved that the lodge place on record its appreciation of the good work done by Bro. Geo. Allan in his capacity of trustee, and that he be asked to accept the position of senior trustee, rendered vacant by the death of Bro. W. Speck.
A, motion of sympathy with Bro. W. J. Halligan in his recent sad bereavement was passed, members standing iu silence.
Reports were received and dealt with from delegates to the U.F.S. Dispensary, and the U.F.S. Benevolent Association.
