MR ISITT AT WOODEND.
To the Editor of THE SUN:? Sir,—Mr Isitt at Woode'nd ingeniously, though not conclusively, answered one or two questions bearing on his former attitude towards Mr Buddo. To the one,"Did he ever.express an earnest desire to contest the Kaiapoi seat and bump Mr Buddo out?" he replied, "Absurd." Is this a denial? To"another question, relating to Mr Buddo's attitude in reference sfco the Sydenham: Club, he gave a similar skilful but evasive reply. Will Mr* Isitt .deny having used the word "shuffle" and manyother offensive terhis' towards Mr Buddo, -who was then Minister of Internal , Affairs? Will he....deny having stated, the only that kept Mr Buddo straight were the letters he had "fired" into him? Will he also deny having expressed his "sytfrpathy and pity to a number of Kaiapoi electors in having .Mr Buddo as their representative? Mr Isitt no doubt lias a copy of the correspondence re Sydenham Club. Perhaps he would be willing' to produce it. —I am, etc., KAIAPOI ELECTOB.
