AUCKLAND SITTINGS. J'ress Association. AUCKLAND, November 27. At the Supreme Court, Ernest Henry Mackay was convicted of firing a revolver at his father-in-law with intent to intimidate him. He was sentenced to three mouths' imprisonment. William Ballard, John Ballard, ami Albert Watson, three seamen on the steamer Cormthic, were charged with the theft of £IOO in gold, the property of a passenger, between Cape Town and ITobart, and were, sentenced to. four months' imprisonment, in addition to the two months already spent in gaol*
