THE MEXICAN TROUBLE.
SITUATION NOT SERIOUS.
PROSPECTIVE PRESIDENT NAMED By Cable. — Press A»soc!ati' n. — Copyriyht. (Received November 27, 1.35 a.m.) MEXICO CITY, November 26. The Zapatista restored order at the capital upon arrival. The indications point to Villa accepting Guitcrretz as President, the Carranzaists also agreeing. The State Department is inclined to think that the situation does not call for serious consideration. It is hoped that when Zapata and Villa completely control the capital, constitutional government will be restored.
