A BREACH OF THE ACT. Press Association. STRATFORD, November 27. At the Magistrate's Court, Alan Alesander Cuthbertson was charged with a, breach of the Legislature Act, in that he did sign his name as a witness to a: signature upon a claim for enrolment without having seen such signature written by tho claimant. Two other similar charges were laid against tho defendant. In one he pleaded guilty, and not guilty in the others. •' '"• '

After hearing evidence he was fined. £lO on each of the two charges.
