ASSEMBLY AT DUNEDIN. Press Association. DUNEDIN, November 19. : The Presbyterian Assembly this morning opened at ten o'clock with a communion service in the First Church. It was attended by between fotir and five hundred people, and was a striking spectacle. The whole of the business session was taken up by the report of the ' Temperance and ultimately the following deliverance was adopted:—'' In view of the near approach of the licensing poll, we strongly urge our people . to support in every suitable way and vote for local no-li-cense, and national prohibition, so that the/ may do their part in helping to free our land from the curse of the liquor
