Heakes (Wellington), E. J. Gravestock ((London), Wallace Hunter (Cambridge), and P. McNeil (Dunedin) are staying at Warner's Hotel. Messrs John I. Royds, T. C. Field, and E. C. Mr J. C. Barnett, a well-known ofireer in the service of the Union Steam Ship Company, and late chief officef of the Waihora, who went to England, on extended leave some month ago, has ~enrolled in London to join the New Zealand Expeditionary Force on its arrival. Mr Norman Clark, who was second refrigerating engineer of the White Star liner lonic on her last voyage to New Zealand, has also enrolled. He is the younger son of the late Captain J. W. Clal-lt, for many years harbourmaster at JLyttelton. -
