CHAMBERS SITTING. Hii 1 Honotir Mr Justice Denniston sat in Chambers'this morning. On the application of Mr S. G. Raymond, K.C., an order to inspect accused's banking account wa# made in the case of the King v. John Alexander AtcKimron.
> Au order was made for trial by a special jury of four in the case of Bremner (Mr E. T. Harper) v. Gourdie (Mr Wilding, K.C.), together with an order for costs amounting to £2 2/-. In re, Ivy Mary* Alice Bennett, an infant (Mr Salter), an order to. appoint a guardian was made. On the application of Mi\ Wright, an .order, was made, in the case of J. S. Grlerson v. J. 11. Springer, for direct service of originating summons on two infants personally. .
On the 'application of Mr Gresson, appearing for the Tai Tapu Dairy Company, an order was made confirming a Resolution passed by the company bri Octdlber 16, 1914, for the purpose of extending the objects of memorandum of association of the company.
