RACING PERMITS.

Press Association. , WELLINGTON, October IG. A' deputation from Pahiatua waited on the Minister of Internal Affairs today and .asked that the. Woodlands Hunt Club be granted one of the extra permits allowed by the Gaming Amendment Bill, and that the Pahiatua Club should have its permit restored. The Minister, in reply, said that until all applications had been received he could not make any -promise, but Pahiatua's claim would be fully con sidered.
