Acland, Reform candidate for Avon, is meeting friends and supporters at the Methodist Schoolroom, Richmond, this evening, at 8 o'clock. 5 Mr George Sheat, who is contesting the Selwyn seat in the Government in- J terest, will open his campaign at ] Tucker's Hall, Rakaia, to-night.
