LONDON WOOL SALES. The Bank of New Zealand has received the following cable from its London office: —The London wool sales closed very firm for crossbred. New Zealand held over, nil. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received a cablegram from London giving the undernoted market information: —Wool sales closed strong. Merino, super, medium 7i per cent, to .10 per cent., inferior 10 per cent, to 15 per cent, lower than July. Crossbred fine 5 per cent, to 7£ per cent., medium and coarse scoured 15 per cent., greasy 10 per cent, to 15 per cent., sjipe 20 per cent., lambs 25 per cent, higher.
