MYERS v. CROZIER.

AFFILIATION CASE. The Scott-Myers v. Crozier affiliation case was again in the Magistrate's Court, btgore Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., this morning, when Myers summoned Crozier for payment of maintenance under the order made by Mr V. G. Day, S.M., between the date it was made and the date the appeal was allowed by Mr Justice Denniston. Mr Bailey said the information was now dismissed seeing that the ,order was disallowed by the Supreme Court and refused to make the order. Myers said he was appealing to Parliament against the decision of the judge. ■
