SYDNEY, October 2, - Reports have been receive*! that British cruisers have destroyed T the German Government wireless station- at Yap, in the Caroline Islands. After warning the operators the cruisers bombarded, completely demolishing the station, which was an important link in the German chain of communictaion with the Ear East. [Yap is the seat of the German A<.L. inunication with the Far East.
