Mails from Christchurch on August 20, Via San Francisco, arrived in London on the 29th inst., eight days late. OTHER MAILS. For Cass, Bealey Flat, Otira, Greymouth, Westport, Hokitika, and other West Coast offices, overland, Tuesday, Thursday,, and Saturday, at 7.30 a.m; guard's van 8.30 a.m. train. ' Postage on letters for Samoa has now been reduced to one penny per ounce.
