The New South Wales and Victorian quarterly revenues both show good increases. SERIOUS DROUGHT PREVAILS. MELBOURNE, October 1. Owing to the absence of the winter rainfall, drought conditions are becoming serious, particularly in the Mallee, Wimmera, and northern districts.
