MeKee, E. M. Rogers, K.-, E Routley, A. E. Steel, J. A. O. M. Smith, K. M. A. T. Tipping, E. E.Tosswill, D. R. Wales, F. D. Whitcombe,. E. Pannell, D. A. Hodges, Mills.. These have qualified for the certificateof the Association.
The examiner reports as follow: "The class as a whole exhibits a. marked want of application. lam convinced that a large proportion of itsmembers have not even read the book through. I cannot understand what some of the candidates expected, ae* they seem to have presented them>e!ves- * for examination, without the faintestattempt to grasp the principles of firstaid, or to practice their applicationEven some of those who have passedpresent little to praise, having onlybarely sufficient knowledge to preventmy failing them. This applies to twelve oat of the 2.'* who have passed. Numbers--28 and 18 did very well, the formerwriting a really excellent paper, nndi the latter excelling in oral and practical work."
