SIR STEPHEN FURNESS, MP. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright, (Received September 7, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, September 6. The death is announced of Sir Stephen Furness, M.P. [The late Sir Stephen Wilson Furness was created a baronet last year. Ho had been Liberal member of the House of Commons for Hartlepool since 1910. He was chairman of a number of shipbuilding firms and shipping lines and director of many others. He was bora in 1872.]
