LODGE MEETINGS.

SISTER PEARCE. The usual fortnightly meeting of the Loyal Sister Pearce Lodge, 1.0.0jF., M.U., was held in the Temperance Hall, Gloucester Street, on Thursday evening, P.G. Sister Anderson presiding. Sick pay was passed for one sister, and one new member was initiated. The auditors' report and balance-sheet for the half-year ending June 30 were read and adopted, and a hearty vote of thanks passed to the auditors. The invitation from the Loyal Biccarton Lodge to a social evening on August 20 was accepted. After the lodge business, the lodge was adjourned for harmony.
