(Received August 1, 9.15 a.m.) BELGRADE, July 31. : A Servian account ; iOf the battle states that the Austrians at eleven o'clock on Wednesday night;opened the second attack on Belgrade, . There was a heavy cannonade, from guns on the Monitors and the batteries at Semlin. The Austrians fired until tAvo o'clock on Thursday morning. The Servian guns only occasionally replied, but vigorously repulsed the Austrians' attempt to cross the river. There were no Servian losses. J.
