HER MAIN PURPOSE. TREATY OF BUCHAREST. A letter 1 from' Vienna' shows that the mobilisation orders on Sunday night were unprecedented since 1566. They included .not only the Landsturm, but men up to fifty years, who were ordered to present themselves inside twenty hours. The letter adds that the troops are being sent to the Galician border and not to the Lower Danube.' It is believed that Austria's main
