GOVERNMENT STEAMER.
Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 23. Cabinet has authorised the preparation of specifications for a new Government' steamer to replace the Hinemoa. The vessel will be a modern twin-screw vessel, length 215 ft, breadth 35ft, depth 19ft 6in, N speed 14 knots, and will cost £40,000.
