VIENNA, July 22
The '' Neue Freie Presse" says that. Austria's demand, to be presented to Scrvia this week, will request the immediate prosecution of the Servian subjects concerned in the Sarajevo affair, the suppression of the Pan-Servian organisation, and the agitation against the Monarchy.
It will' also express a desir& for better supervision of the Austro-Servian frontier, and a revision of Servia's policy towards the Monarchy.
The newspaper adds that 48 hours will be allowed for a reply.

Germany is anxious to preserve neutrality, but will be bound to support Austria in the event of the intervention of-a third party.
