Arinad Shall, the new Shah of Persia, who was crowned at Teheran, drove to Parliament House in a glass coach drawn by eight horses.

The crown proved a heavy load, which he removed and replaced with an ,'>*trakh«an hat surmounted with a diamond aigrette.
