REFORM LEAGUE.
OXFORD BRANCH.
The annual meeting of the East Oxford branch of the Kaiapoi Beforrn League was held last evening in the Coronation Ilall, East Oxford. Mr D. Jones, candidate for Kaip,poi, and Mr W. A. Banks, candidate for Hurunui, addressed the meeting, pointing out the necessity for strong organisation. Mr McNelly placed a plan of campaign before the meeting, as a result of which a committee was formed to carry out the work in Oxford. The officers elected were: President, Mr H. Campbell; vicepresident, Mr E. Henderson; delegates to executive, Messrs W. Wells and H. T. Cooper ; secretary, Mr H. T. Cooper.
