A COMPREHENSIVE SCHEME.

There has been submitted to the Railway Commissioners a comprehensive scheme for the bulk handling of grain, involving an expenditure of £2,000,000. New South Wales and West Australia propose to spend £BOO,OOO each on reinforced grain elevators, and have asked Victoria to co-operate.
