The "Lokal Any,eiger," in an inspired article, says that if the responsibility of the Serajevo crime is brought home to subjects of Servia, every step taken by Austria "'will'receive--the moral support of Germany. ' The police in April received an anonymous letter alleging that the Serb-Slavonian Committee in Berlin was planning an attempt on the Kaiser's life.

The Government is requesting Servia to discover and punish the organisers of the assassinations, and to prevent future agitation in Bosnia emanating 1 from Servia.

Count Tisza, in reply to interpellations in the Chamber, deprecated antiServian demonstrations. He said that full .investigation into the assassinations is )proceeding. The Government is calmly considering the facts. They had not received the details of the Archduke's programme, arid his visit was one of purely military inspection. There was no information of the plot until the accomplishment of the deed.
