A bridal party at Fitzroy was awaiting the arrival of the bridegroom, Mr Herbert Wardley., when the police reported that his body had been found i» the sea at St. Kilda."
Deceased had made all the arrangements for the wedding a couple of dayi previously, and at his lodgings his wedding clothes had been laid cut. .On a Christmas card, his will was made out, leaving all his money to his fiancee.
There is toothing to show how he got into the water. He was in good spirits when he was last seen.
