KISSING IN THE DARK, ''Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. (Received July 6, 8 a.m.) 1 BERNE, July 5. A judge, in fining a man 40/- for kissing a woman, explained that the smallness of the fine was due to the kiss having been given in the dark, and it being too fleeting to be of much account.
