THE DEPORTATION ORDER. TEST CASE FOE COURTS. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. (Received June 17, 8.25 a.m.) VANCOUVER, June 26. The Immigration Inspector has signed an order for the deportation of the Hindu passengers on Komagata Mai?u. This action will supply a test case for the courts. •
An application for a writ of habeas corpus was made, but was refused by the court, and an application will be made to the Court of Appeal for a special sitting to consider the appeal. ,
