MELBOURNE, June 27.
The Federal Land Tax Commissioners report that the tax during 1912•13 realised £1,316,735. Large land sales continue, and during the year they totalled £14,989,627, an increase of over £1,000,000. The Commissioner points OUt while persons? owning, large taxable estates.continue,to sell, persons owning lower taxable property continue to purchase freely, notwithstanding the tax,-
