RIDE ON TORPEDO.
NAVAL DIVER'S EXPERIENCE.

A naval diver was endeavouring to recover a torpedo which was buried in the sand at Cherbourg, when the propellor started and cut the airpipe. The diver clutched the torpedo which carried him half-conscious to the surface, when he was rescued.
