NO-LICENSE CONGRESS.
At 8 a.m. to-day Mr J. P. Luke, Mayor of Wellington, opened the NoLicense Congress in Wellington. In the Town Hall this evening there will be a No-License demonstration, and addresses will be given bv Mr L. M. Isitt, M.l\, Mr .1. M'Combs," M.P., Mr A. S. Malcolm, M.l\, Mr H. D. Bedford, and others.
The delegates from the North Canterbury Council are Messrs ,T. A. Flesher and ,)'. IT. Blaekwell, and the delegates from electorates in this part of the country are: —Christchurch: Revs. S. Lawrv, A.
