PROFESSOR PETERSON.

[Franklin Sievewright Peterson, Mus. Bac., was Ormond Professor of Music at the University of Melbourne and director of the University Conservatorium since December 1900. He was the author of several educational works, and was known throughout Australasia as a cultured authority on music.]
