NIAGARA FALLS, June 20: Judge Lamar, the United States Mediation Commissioner, notified Emilie Rabassa, the chief Mexican delegate, that the United States insisted on the acceptance of its plan for the pacification of Mexico. ' This being in the nature of an ultimatum,' the Iluertan delegates must yield or t"he mediation" proceedings will come to an end in a couple of days.
