Recently the Federal Arbitration Court ordered the of the registration of the Federated Mining Employees' Association of Australia, under the Act, on the ground that the rules did not comply with a certain schedule of the Act.. At a meeting of the Federated Miners' Executive at Ballarat to-day, it was decided to declare a general strike if registration in the Federal Arbitration Court Avas not made secure immediately.
