TRADE TO BRISTOL.
COMMISSIONERS INTERVIEWED.

Messrs Henry Riseley and Manning Lewis, New Zealand and Australian Trade Commissioners, of Bristol, in ah stated that Australians had been very quick to see that Bristol's proposals were likely to benefit them commercially, and a great accession of trade was already apparent. New Zealand had similarly grasped the opportunity, and there were good prospects' of securing a share of its trade.
The commissioners also hope to develop increased trade with San Francisco and Vancouver when' the Panama Canal is open to trade.
