To-morrow the Melbourne Steamship Company's steamer Brisbane is expected to leave Newcastle for Wellington with a cargo of coal. She is due at the northern port next Friday. Next Tuesday the Shaw, Savill liner lonic, which is at present discharging London cargo at Wellington, is expected to come on to Lyttolton tp complete. After discharging, she commences loading at Lyttelton, and is due back in Wellington on July 10, and sails for London, via ports, on July 16. Cabled advice announces the arrival of the Remuera at Plymouth last Tuesday. She left Wellington on May 7 for London. Tliis morning the Union Company's steamer Pukaki arrived from Greymouth, and is fixed to leave to-morrow night for AVestport. Due from Greymouth early to-morrow morning, the Karamu leaves Lyttelton on Tuesday for Nelson and Greymouth. The Flora and Corinna are both due next Tuesday on their time-table runs, and the Kowhai is due from the south to load for Napier and Gisborne inner harbours. Mr R. K. Duckworth, assistant purser of the ferry steamer AVahine, signs off at AVellington to-day the Moeraki in a similar capacity. . Mr M'Beath joints the AVahine as assistant purser.
