NOTES. Bouad from Calcutta to South America, fch# tramp steamer Ihveric left Newcastle on Monday for Wellington. She is calling at the northern port to replenish bunkers, and ia expected on Friday . • After being considerably delayed by the strike, the Union Company's collier WairuaW lias left Newcastle for Wellington, where she is due about Friday. It is expected that the Waiwertr, from liiondon. via ports, will arrive at Wellington front Gisborne early to-morrow morning, and sail for l'imaru on Friday to put out the re* mainder of her cargo. She subsequently goes on the Homeward loading, berth, and i» scheduled to leave Weltlngton for London about' the end of this month. '
